How Does JOLLY-HOLIDAY-LETTERS work?
It's really easy and a whole lot of fun. Simply choose how many children you
wish to send LETTERS FROM SANTA to and press the ORDER button. Once you pay, you
will fill in a simple form where you supply custom information about the
recipient.
Then your letter will be printed on customized paper and will be mailed December
10th or after.
How Much Does This Service Cost?
At only $6.00 (USD) per letter, this will probably be the most affordable
gift you purchase and most likely will be a very memorable one . . . as our
customers tell us year after year.
When Will My Letter Be Delivered?
SANTA LETTERS ordered prior to December 10th, 2007 will be processed and
mailed on December 10th, 2007. Orders between December 1 and the deadline of
December 15 will be mailed with 48 to 72 hours of the time the order was placed.
However we do offer "Rudolph's Rush Service" for an additional $15.00
shipping charge.
Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer will print your letter within 1 business day of
placing your order and then rush your letter to its destination
overnight (in most cases). Your special someone will receive the SANTA LETTER
usually within 48 hours.
For SANTA LETTERS, all International Letters must be ordered BEFORE December 1st to ensure
delivery before Christmas and take 10-14 days to arrive.
How Can I Pay?
We use a 128-bit secured third party authorized online retailer (PayPal™)
so that you can order online with complete security. With Paypal, you can pay
with either a credit card or online checks. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal
account to order, just select "I do not have a PayPal account" when
checking out and you can pay via credit card without joining PayPal. However you
are required to setup a free PayPal account if you intend to pay by check.
Or you may pay via check or money order.

How Do I Know You Received My Order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a RECEIPT FOR YOUR PAYMENT from
Paypal. We will also send you a confirmation e-mail and it will be added to your
shopping cart with a Unique Reference Number assigned to it. Once you checkout
and your payment is received, you will receive an email which is sent by our
secured authorized online retailer this will usually be PayPal.
If you are paying via check or money order, we will email you a PAYMENT
RECEIPT as soon as your order is received and processed.

What Payment Options Are Available?

Additionally PayPal offers customers the ability to pay via personal checks
which are processed online for customers with a PayPal account. You DO NOT need
a PayPal account to complete your order. Just select the "I Do Not Have A
PayPal account" option and check out normally just like with any other
shopping cart.
